Cancellation Policy
Rooms must be reserved with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). Cancellations received within 72 hours are subject to a one night's cancellation fee. Cancellations received within one week during holiday weekends are subject to a one night's cancellation fee. There is a $15 charge for any cancellations received after reservations are confirmed (with the exceptions of the 72-hour or one week periods noted above). Group Booking Policy
We accept group bookings (6 or more rooms) for weddings, birthdays and any kind of get-togethers you'd like. A credit card must be given to confirm the reservations. No refund for any cancellations received within one week prior to arrival. Groups must be respectful at all times of other guests staying at the inn.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms, including the cottages. Smoking is permitted in any of the outside area, including our balconies. Anyone found smoking in their rooms will be charged a $200 fee for having to completely wash the entire room, drapes, bedspreads, etc. Smoke detectors are wired in each room and will sound throughout the entire building if any smoke is detected in any room. This policy is strictly enforced.

Pet Policy
We gladly accept pets at the Royal Carriage Inn with a few regulations. There is a charge $10 per day per pet (maximum 2 pets). In addition we require a $150 credit card authorization only deposit and a signed pet policy.

pets are only allowed in a few of our cottages, not in the main Inn. pets are to be under 25 lbs. pets are not to be left alone in the room. pets are to be on a leash outside at all times. pets are not permitted in the parlor. pet "poop" must be picked up, bagged and disposed of in outside trash bins. respect other guests, i.e. barking, etc. pets must be clean and of free of fleas. pet towels are available from the office for rainy days. pets not allowed on beds. you will be responsible for any damages created by your pet.
